The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the apartment by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive later than 7 p.m., we ask for a short message.

– up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked stay
– from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked stay
– in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked stay

Don’t take any risks and take out travel cancellation insurance

Bank details

The final cleaning is not included in the price and will be charge seperatly. We ask you to remove the rest of the food and all garbage.

We allow ourselves to charge € 100,00 deposit. If the apartement is in perfect condition when you leave, this will be refunded.

On request, we will provide you with a cot for € 3,00 per day, and a free high chair – we ask you to register in advance for this. Further information on our discount is available on request.

We provide you with a free parking space for the duration of your stay.
